Apparel and Accessories Refund and Return Eligibility:
Printed on Demand Apparel: All apparel items that are printed and pressed on demand are specifically created to meet your individual preferences. Due to this personalized production process, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for these items.
Non-Pressed Apparel and Accessories: For accessories and clothing items that have not been pressed by us, we do offer a limited return and refund policy. You may return these items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging to receive in store credit. A restocking fee of $10.00 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover handling and processing costs.
Care and Wash Instructions:
To ensure the longevity of your products, it's important to follow the care and wash instructions provided. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in damage to the item. We cannot offer refunds or returns for items that have been damaged due to improper care or washing.
Exceptions and Damaged Items:
In the event that you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your order. We
will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and provide you with instructions on returning the damaged item for a replacement or a full refund.
Order Modifications and Cancellations:
Modifications or cancellations to orders for non-pressed apparel and accessories can be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, the production process may have begun, and changes cannot be
guaranteed.
